What do I do if I never received my order?
Sorry to hear that in such as case. If you do not receive your order, please contact us immediately, we will perform search and investigation with shipper. Once confirmed, we will either refund or resend your order. -
What do I do if I received a defective order?
Exchange is applicable when you received defective or wrong items, please send us the photo of the received items and we will send you replacement with the original shipping method. Replacement with other same value item or refund only can be done if the same item is out of stock. -
