I purchased an item on pre-order, when will it arrive?

If you’ve purchased a product with us on pre-order, we will always state the processing time frame in the product page. You are always feel free to email us to check after the mentioned processing time frame. Please place a separate order for the pre-order item if you DO NOT want to receive all items in your order late.
