What else do i have to know about shipping?

  1. The delivery time frame is based in best ESTIMATION. All transit times are subject to Customs Clearance, transport conditions, weather conditions, volume of mail traffic and etc.
  2. International shipments may subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the Recipient.
  3. Estimated delivery time frame EXCLUDE processing time (found in product description).
  4. For express shipping, please provide mobile phone number, postal code and buzz code (if any) in the shipping address. DO NOT enter P.O Box address.
  5. Delivery is usually done from Monday to Friday, working hours only.
  6. Please contact us if the package did not reach within the mentioned delivery time frame, else we will not be able to perform investigation with shipper. We will not entertain any claim after such period.
  7. It’s your responsibility to track the package, please track regularly.
